Terms & Conditions, Store Policy and Availability
The products displayed on Baby Shop Ninja. Online store can be ordered and delivered anywhere in Australia. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are valid and effective only in the Australia.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
When you shop at our website, we aim to please and hope you are delighted with your purchase every time. However, we appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if the item you purchased is faulty or significantly not as described (conditions apply – see exclusions below), then you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the following guidelines.
- Product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase.
- Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges.
- Should the manufacturer of the product mandates a return process, the buyer must follow the manufacturer’s instructions prior to contacting our support team for a replacement.
The following exclusions apply:
- Software issues including operating system failure developed after the buyer installs additional applications.
- Variation in battery life (as these are advertised as supplied by the manufacturer and actual battery life varies depending on use and features enabled).
- Variation in Wi-Fi range (these cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on environmental factors).
- Memory cards (Please contact the Memory Card vendor directly to obtain warranty support).
- Incorrect purchase where the buyer has not carried out sufficient research to confirm that the product being bought meets the requirements.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Other General Terms and Conditions
All photos are generic for the product line and actual item may have different components. Please check all details in the specification section and please don’t make assumptions as it is not possible for us to have a photo for each configuration, variation, product description & specification based on information provided by the supplier. If in doubt please ask questions (via email) before making a purchase. There will be no refunds for items unless exceptional circumstances (explained above).
