Returns and Exchanges
Baby Shop Ninja will happily assist with a return or exchange of any of our products purchased at full price within 30 days of the original receipt. The product/s that are being returned or exchanged must still be in the original packaging, tags attached and with the original receipt of purchase (if purchased from a Store otherwise an online order number or name if from our website). In addition, the product must be new/unused/unworn/unwashed/not having any odor to the product like smoke or perfume.
As Internet shopping is not the same as conventional shopping, at Baby Shop Ninja postage for returns and exchanges are at your expense in line with ACCC guidelines. When you send your return or exchange product back to Baby Shop Ninja please ensure to follow the steps below:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact form to notify of the return or exchange to receive a return mailing address.
- In your email, make a note if you want your item returned or if your item is to be exchanged. If you are exchanging an item please indicate what new item you would like including the design, colour, size, tog or any other information required. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. Exchanges will also incur additional postage costs. If there is a difference to pay please note if you would prefer to pay by PayPal or Credit Card.
- Seal your items in an Australia Post Satchel (or similar) and add the mailing address provided on your package and remember to take off the tracking number for your records.
- Drop package off at the post office (or similar) and notify Baby Shop Ninja with the tracking number if you have one, this will help our warehouse to be prepared for your items arrival.
- Once the item/s have been received at Baby Shop Ninja, we will confirm the item/s are in the agreed condition as above, once confirmed an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt and additional payment options if required.
- Exchanges – Once payment has been received (if required) your replacement will be posted to you within 7 working days.
- Returns and Credits – A credit will be issued via the same payment method used on your original order within 14 days.
Important Note: Baby Shop Ninja is not responsible for packages not received and therefore, suggests you use a carrier that provides a tracking number and keeping the tracking number recorded in a safe place.

Items Returned to Sender
Any parcels returned back to us, unless at the fault of Baby Shop Ninja, will incur a redelivery fee. Please contact us to discuss further.
